Namaste Waterfalls is an attractive place for domestic as well as foreign tourist which is located in Bhedetar village development committee of Dhankuta district, Nepal. The fall is about 80 meters high and famous tourist center in hilly region of Nepal. Dhankuta is a hilly town surrounded by Terhathum and Paanchthar districts in the east, Bhojpur and Udayapur districts in the west, Sankhuwasava district in the north and Morang and Sunsari districts in the south.
The main attraction of this place is one can see a rainbow like seven color formation while standing close to the waterfall which is in the shape of Namaste. To visit this place, one ought to go at the side of the watercourse from simsuwa mode upward. The beauty of this Waterfalls attracts many domestic as well as foreign tourists along with researchers. Researchers frequently visit this place for their researches.
This fall is located 8 km away from Bhedetar which is also a famous tourist destination in hilly region of Nepal. Bhedetar is famous for its unpredictable weather like a moment it hides itself into the blanket of thick fog and another moment it reveals itself as a crown of urban Dharan. There is tower named as “Charles Tower” from where the beautiful Dharan city can be viewed which looks really awesome from there and in similar way green landscapes and mysteriously beautiful hills adding more beauty for the visitors over there. Namje bazar is the other place to be visited while visiting Dhankuta. From Namje bazar beautiful view of beautiful mountain Mt. Makalu (fifth tallest peak) can be viewed as well as five times a day climate change in this place which can be very effective time for the visitors to experience some new thing in their life.
